We hope you are happy with your products, if for any reason you aren't, please message me in the first instance at hello@harris-rose.com and we will try to help you as much as possible.

If you decide that you don't want something when it arrives, please keep the item/s in their original packaging with a note of why you are returning and order number to the postal address provided.

As soon as your unused item arrives back to us, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send you an email to confirm this.

Please send the items tracked and keep your receipts until a full refund is issued as responsibility for lost items can not be rectified.
