We offer free UK Tracked shipping for orders over £35.

We only Ship to the Uk at the moment to keep our carbon footprint low. 

Delivery is within 7 working days (some items are made to order so may take longer) Shipping costs: £4.99 and for any liquids it is £8.99 to ensure safe delivery.

We use Royal Mail for all your items.

You must notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so we can track with Royal Mail.  Over this period is subject to a refund not being issued.

If your parcel has been delayed with Royal Mail then please let us know as soon as possible via your tracking number which will be on your shipping email so we can investigate. If you are concerned after 7 days please get in touch immediately.

Delivery Addresses

Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.

Delivery names and addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is not delivered we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.

Packaging - 

We’ve put just as much thought into our packaging as we have our product ranges.

After all, what good is going plastic free if the packaging it’s sent in is covered in plastic?

This is something you do not need to worry about when ordering fromHarris&Rose.

It was important to us, that the packaging for our products aligns with the mission of our store, that being environmentally friendly goodness all round.

Your order will always be sent in eco friendly and reused materials including:

Brown tape, packing peanuts that disintegrate in water, reused boxes, paper and materials.

And that's a promise.

Product Images and descriptions

From time to time, product descriptions and images including ingredients can change without our knowledge.  Whilst we endeavour to keep up to date with this information and keep as accurate as possible you should always check the full product information, labels, warnings and directions prior to use or consumption.  Products that have been used without checking this information will not be refunded.  If you are unsure of any ingredients/colours/packaging please contact hello@harris-rose.com and we will check the information and get clarification from our suppliers.
